You will support the group-wide development of initiatives in the area of ​​organizational development and implement them together with the relevant business units. The central question for us is how we align our operating model in accordance with the SAP Fioneer strategy and the specific objectives of the individual business units.

The role is located in our Munich office.

  • Shape and coordinate efforts to develop into a scalable, diverse, agile and strong organization capable of realizing growth and profitability aspirations tasks
  • Further develop our Target Operating Model and design the Fioneer way of working
  • Assess and develop organizational development strategies based on company strategy and business/functional units’ needs
  • Accompany strategic and organizational transformations
  • Own our company-wide incentive framework and help building seamless interfaces to related processes, such as performance management and feedback processes
  • Proactively improve our incentive structure to ensure strong company culture, high engagement and excellent performance throughout the organization
  • You directly work with and report to the Head of Corporate Development


  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial mind-set
  • High motivation to build up a business from scratch and take ownership
  • Pronounced willingness to roll up your sleeves and “get things done”
  • 3+ years of working experience, ideally in consultancies, fast-growing organizations, organizational development, or a start-up environment
  • 2+ years of working experience in a SaaS, PaaS or IaaS environment / organisation
  • Experience in managing projects in change management, organizational and leadership development, organizational design, and culture change 
  • Excellent project management skills, proven track record in execution and delivery of complex projects on a company-wide level
  • Outstanding team-player, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and organize
