About Tom Pfaff
Tom has more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives across the financial services industry. Most recently, he served as COO for the Group CFO at Standard Chartered Bank, where he was responsible for Change and Operations across 50 markets and led a major transformation program.
Prior to Standard Chartered, Tom held senior leadership positions at Royal Bank of Scotland, Credit Suisse and JPMorgan Chase, specializing in business transformation, architecture and operational excellence. Before moving into banking, he was a Partner at leading global consulting firms.
Tom holds a degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. At SAP Fioneer, he serves as CEO Finance, Americas and UKI.
