About Tom Sturley
Tom brings more than 18 years of experience delivering transformation programs for financial institutions worldwide. Before joining SAP Fioneer, he was a Managing Director at Accenture, where he held several leadership positions, including Financial Services Industry Lead for Salesforce across the UK & Ireland and EMEA, as well as Commercial & SME Banking Lead for the UK & Ireland.
Throughout his career, Tom has specialized in commercial, SME and corporate banking, leading large-scale transformation programs for major banking clients. He also oversaw Accenture’s work with the nCino Bank Operating System across EMEA.
Tom holds a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge. At SAP Fioneer, he serves as CEO Lending.
