At SAP Fioneer, the BOOST program has emerged as both a mindset and a strategic initiative designed to attract and develop high-potential talent with two to five years of experience. From the Talent Acquisition side, Senior Talent Acquisition Manager Oliver Brockmann and Talent Sourcer Grecia Beyersdorfer have been closely involved in its development. In this interview, they discuss how BOOST is creating real momentum for future leaders.
What’s the idea behind BOOST?
Oliver: BOOST stands for Building Opportunities for Outstanding Consulting Talents. It’s more than just a name—it’s a mindset and a strategic initiative at SAP Fioneer.
Grecia: Exactly. BOOST is about creating momentum, we’re investing in people with high potential and helping them grow into future leaders of the consulting industry. It’s a long-term commitment to shaping the future at SAP Fioneer.
How did the concept come about?
Grecia: BOOST was born from a shared belief that diverse teams combining different areas of expertise, level of experience, different ways of thinking are key for our future success.

What makes BOOST different from typical young professional programs?
Grecia: BOOST is a cross-divisional talent accelerator. We recruit beyond experience, we hire for potential. What matters most is mindset: analytical strength, communication skills, a passion for digital transformation, and a desire to grow. We look for people with the potential to become outstanding consultants building on their first job experiences. We’ve tailored our recruiting process to the needs of candidates and created a dedicated learning environment for those talents. For graduates, we have developed our own program called L.I.F.T. It is fully focused on this group.

What is BOOST?
BOOST is the newest SAP Fioneer career program focused on candidates from diverse backgrounds, having 2-5 years of relevant work experience successfully implementing digital transformation projects. Experience within Financial Services and SAP knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory. From the first day, our new colleagues will be in a real-life client environment helping companies in the financial services industry to achieve speed, scalability, and cost efficiency through digital business innovation, cloud technology, and solutions that cover banking, insurance and finance processes end to end.
