Connecting with talents at the University of St. Gallen (HSG)

Since the launch of the Graduate Program LIFT, SAP Fioneer has established several partnerships with leading universities to attract top talent. One of the most successful collaborations is with the University of St. Gallen (HSG). As part of the “Consulting Days” event at HSG, three colleagues visited the campus to present career opportunities at SAP Fioneer. The first session brought together 27 pre-selected students from diverse academic backgrounds.

During the presentation, Lara Schlieben (Talent Sourcer), Stefan Pluisch (Senior Process Implementation Consultant), and Christian Kohnle (Graduate Recruitment Manager) shared insights about SAP Fioneer’s origins, our strong customer and product base, and the LIFT Graduate Program. They also spoke about their personal reasons for joining our fast-growing, dynamic company, and wrapped up with a fun quiz that tested the students’ knowledge of SAP Fioneer.

In the afternoon, a second session was held with 20 students who had applied in advance through HSG’s Career and Corporate Services Center (CSC). These interviews provided an opportunity for students to discuss their academic experiences, strengths, and future plans – and explain why they aspire to join SAP Fioneer after graduation.
Overall, the event was an exciting and rewarding experience for the SAP Fioneer team, thanks to the outstanding engagement of the students and the excellent support from the CSC. We look forward to continuing this collaboration and having many more inspiring conversations with talented individuals from HSG.
