LIFT (Level Up in Fioneer Technology) is more than just a first job. From day one, participants work on meaningful projects with banks and insurers across the globe.

Since its launch, LIFT has already made a big impact:

• 68 graduates have joined the program
• Representing 16 nationalities across three countries
• With two to four hiring cycles per year, the program is expanding rapidly
