SAP & SAP Fioneer Financial Services Forum Europe 2023

This year we had the honor once again to host the SAP & SAP Fioneer Financial Services Forum Europe in Frankfurt. We brought together 620 financial services experts from all over Europe and some from outside of Europe who generously flew over to join us! We had on stage some of the biggest and most innovative banks, insurers, fintechs and insurtechs, who showcased how they’re using SAP & SAP Fioneer technology for their success.

During the opening keynote, our CEO Dirk Kruse announced two brand new solutions that we have launched: Financial Services Data Management (FSDM) and Financial Open Integration Framework (FOF). You can read more about the launch in our press release.

FSDM 2023 is our comprehensive solution for integrated data management, analysis, and reporting, designed to overcome the challenges of siloed data in financial institutions. Moreover, it works seamlessly with SAP S/4HANA and other systems, thereby ensuring effective risk management and regulatory compliance. Subsequently, complementing this, FOF simplifies data integration across various platforms. Consequently, it ensures efficient and cost-effective data consolidation and lineage. Together, these solutions embody our commitment to providing state-of-the-art data management and integration tools for the finance industry.

Dirk Kruse was followed by Dominik Asam, Member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of SAP. He shared his perspective on the future of financial services and the joint vision of SAP and SAP Fioneer.
